Want to play high definition games in luxury? Well if you have over $13,000 you can, with a gold-plated next generation console! United Arab Emirates retailer Jumbo Electronics have announced the “world’s first gold gaming consoles”, which are set to on display this weekend at the Games14 convention in the Middle East.

The special Xbox One and PS4 consoles which were created by Italian jeweller Gatti, feature a rose cold case and are available for $13,700, compared to the price of a standard console which sell for around $399.
Although Jumbo Electronics claim it as the “world’s first gold gaming consoles”, London retailer Harrods actually sold an Xbox One covered in gold for $10,000 last year.
